1. Information we collect
When you contact Serventrix or apply for a role, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, current location, employment information, LinkedIn profile, message and uploaded CV or résumé.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess job applications, coordinate recruitment activity, communicate application updates and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.
3. Candidate information
Submitting an application authorises Serventrix to review the information and, when relevant to the role, share it with the employer or client handling that vacancy. We do not sell candidate data.
4. Storage and access
Access to candidate information is limited to authorised Serventrix team members and relevant hiring stakeholders. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably required for recruitment, operational or legal purposes.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational controls to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
